This 3hr Intensive Mental Performance Master Class will focus on the following 3 keys to building an unbreakable Mental Game-

1. Jamie will help you to understand how to build your own Pre Shot, In Shot and Post Shot Mental Process that will withstand any competitive pressure situation.
2. Understand how to implement “Deliberate Practice” into your practice sessions to ensure that the patterns that you are building will be relatable to the skills you need to rely on under competitive pressure situations.
3. Expectation Management. Jamie believes Expectation Management is costing golfers a large number of shots per round and also one of the quickest ways to shave strokes off their HCP.
